Beth's Background  

  • I am a trained professional life coach with over 10-years experience coaching individuals and teams, supporting them as they set and achieve their goals.
  • I am trained in assessing various work-style behaviors and then facilitating conversation and action in order to make the team stronger, thus working together better.
  • I am an experienced leader, both in my profession and in my personal life. I am a strong team builder, and also a team player with excellent communication skills, both written and orally.
  • I have extensive experience in event planning and working with volunteers, letting them know of the value of their time and talent.
  • I am a business owner who is a resourceful, upbeat, out-of-the-box strategic thinker.
  • I am a life-long learner with a strong desire to positively impact all that I am involved in through a strong work ethic.

  • Worked with over 100 clients and groups creatively and innovatively ensuring that they achieved the goals they set.
  • Expert knowledge and facilitation in the DISC Behavior Assessment for Managers and Employees, behavior assessments for identifying work styles and total team strength/weakness.
  • Recipient of the Jen White Creative Spirit Award in Coaching (2003).
  • Served on the Board of Directors for the International Coach Federation 2002.
  • Chaired and Co-Chaired the International Coach Federation Conference 2002 – 2004.
  • Recognized by clients and colleagues as having a high degree of integrity, loyalty, and a talent for resourceful solutions.
  • Trained Stephen Minister and Stephen Leader.
  • Graduate of Lay Missionary Training and participant in Academy for Spiritual Formation.
